Food Pantry - Gainesville Community Ministry

Gainesville Community Ministry provides emergency food. The food is for seniors, the disabled, and those with low income. You may get a 2 day supply of food once a month. You must apply in person. They are open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 1:00PM. A picture ID and Social Security Card, or Social Security print-out is required. You must also show proof of income. Free Phones for Hearing/Speech Impaired-Florida Telecommunications Relay Service (FTRI)

FTRI provides specialized telephone equipment and ring signaling devices. The equipment is loaned to qualified, permanent Florida residents for as long as needed. These devices are loaned at no charge. Please call or visit the website for locations and more information.
