This agency has counseling and monthly support groups for patients and their families. They provide medical equipment loans for patients with a doctor’s referral. They can grant limited financial assistance (medical equipment, counseling, etc.). They have self help groups. They have educational programs, information and referral services. Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) - Suncoast Region

APD supports persons with developmental disabilities. Their goal is to help them live, learn and work in their communities. APD provides services to help clients find jobs, funding and supported living services. Please see the website for more information.
