Levy County Summer Camp - Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches

FSYR offers a summer camp for youth ages 10-15. Kids can take part in many fun activities such as canoeing, archery and swimming. They have the chance to build teamwork and peer communication skills. They can also enjoy the tranquil outdoors. Campers will have the chance to interact with law enforcement personnel and volunteers and learn other social skills. Matthew’s Hope is a faith-based organization. It is a nonprofit. The group works as a homeless outreach ministry. They believe in offering a hand up. And not just a handout. The overall goal is to help the homeless grow. Grow emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, and vocationally. The group serves homeless men, women, and children of the community. This agency is known as CARD for short. The main office is located on the University of Central Florida campus. The primary service is to provide consultative assistance to individuals with autism and related disabilities in Central Florida. The help given is designed to build on state and local resources.
