Alcoholics Anonymous

This office serves District 15 in the West Pasco/Tarpon Springs area. AA is a group of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other. Their aim is to support each other in recovering from alcoholism. There are numerous meeting places in the area. This office also houses the District 15 archives. They have early AA books and merchandise available for viewing.

Intervention Project for Nurses

This agency provides information, referrals and help to nurses with substance abuse, mental or physical problems that might impair their practice. The client may need to refrain from nursing practice for a while to ensure safety to patients. It also advocates on behalf of nurses before the state nursing board. All consultations are confidential.
