This service lets people with disabilities use the HART fixed route bus system when they otherwise couldn't. The service consists of van transportation, which is based on the individual’s needs. It either picks people up and drops them off at their destination or takes them to an accessible bus stop.
The HART bus system is fully accessible by wheelchair or motorized scooter. It should be used whenever feasible. All buses have PA systems to announce stops and lighted stop-requested signs.
Those wanting to use this service need to fill out an application and meet a HART official in an in-person interview. Transportation aid is available to get to the interview.
