Tri-Counties Care Center - Haven Hospice

This Care Center provides end-of-life care. It focuses on the physical and social care of each patient, as well as the spiritual and emotional care. There are services for family members as well. The Care Center is there for those who can no longer live in their home. They have 16 beds and all the comfort of home, along with full hospice services. Haven Hospice

This hospice provides services for patients needing end-of-life care. They do not turn anyone away. They address the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the patient and family. Care is provided wherever the patient calls home. If the patient can no longer remain in his own home, care can be given in one of Haven's Care Center. There are services for children and teens as well.

Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)

The Agency for Health Care Administration is known as AHCA for short. It administers the Medicaid program in Florida. They are also responsible for the licensing of health care facilities in the state. The group also shares health care data.
