VR Transition Youth Program

VR Transition Youth Services helps students with disabilities. Eligible students are between the ages of 14 and 21. The services help them train for a job, continue their education, or find a job after high school. These services are delivered while youth are still in high school. Narcotics Anonymous Florida

NA is a nonprofit fellowship of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. They meet regularly to help each other stay clean. Healthy Families Baker/Clay/Nassau

The Healthy Families Florida program is overseen by Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida. It is a nationally accredited family support and coaching program. The program is open to expectant parents. And to parents of newborns going through stressful life situations. Parents are empowered through education and community support.
