Food With Care

Food With Care provides nutritious meals for people who need meals delivered to their home.

Food With Care offers over 60 different meal selections. They have menus for people on restricted diets:

  • Diabetic
  • Low Cholesterol
  • Low Sodium
  • Puree Entrees
  • Renal

Food With Care Meals are available through Medicaid Waiver, Long Term Diversions, and Medicaid Project AIDS Care.
