Opportunity, Inc. Okaloosa Walton Homeless Continuum of Care - Health Care

The Health Department sponsors Opportunity Health. Opportunity Health is a primary care facility. It is open to the homeless who can give reliable contact information. Opportunity, Inc. also sponsors a flu shot clinic each fall. Homeless and volunteers serving the homeless can get free flu shots. The flu shots are given by a contracted registered nurse. Homeless persons that need prescription medication are served through one-time vouchers. These vouchers are given through the Mental Health Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties.
