Counties

This program provides door-to-door transportation and bus passes for elderly, low income & disabled persons. It is for those who do not have or cannot afford their own transportation. Transportation is provided mostly to medical facilities and Aging Services daycare and nutrition sites. Non-medical trips are provided on a space-available basis.

Vehicles used for door-to-door service are wheelchair accessible. Fees are charged for some trips. The amount of the fee charged is based on client eligibility and funding source rules. Clients may call to be screened for eligibility and to make appointments for transportation or to request a bus pass.

Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance and must be made no less than 2 days in advance. Bus passes must be requested at least 5 days in advance to allow time for the pass to be mailed.
