Habitat for Humanity offers hope, opportunity, and love to families in need. They build houses for and with people in need. Homeowners are chosen without regard to race, creed, or nationality. They must be residents of Columbia County. The applicant and their family must have a need for decent and affordable housing that cannot be met through traditional means. They must have reasonably good credit and stable income. They must be willing to partner with the agency and invest a minimum of 350 “sweat equity” hours.
