This group runs the Furniture Bank of Tallahassee. It provides gently used furniture to those in need. There is no charge for the furniture. Please call or visit the website for more information.

This group offers in-home services. These services directly support seniors. They provide comprehensive assessments. They also provide personal care plans. The ultimate goal is to keep clients independent as possible and in their homes. The services are available on an assistance or private pay basis. Provides gender-specific, trauma-informed treatment for women statewide who suffer from drug or alcohol addiction and/or co-occurring behavioral health issues that may be complicated by substance use.

The program utilizes evidence-based practices to help women develop trust, self-esteem, and personal responsibility. The program combines vital counseling, educational, and recreational activities that challenge women to understand the nature of their substance use. Family involvement is encouraged, as is mother/child reunification.

Adult residential program provides gender-specific substance use treatment for men and women, including treatment for co-occurring behavioral health issues. Our services include individual treatment planning, specialized group therapy, life-skills training, health education, family re-integration assistance, and services to help ensure a sustained recovery.

We provide emergency food to our neighbors in Ocklawaha, Weirsdale, Silver Springs, East Lake Weir, and Umatilla in Marion County. With an ID or piece of mail showing an address in one of these regions (serves these zip codes: 32195, 32133, 32183, 32179, 32784, 34488), you qualify to receive food one time each month. If you are a new client, be prepared with a date of birth for each household member. Our volunteers are ready to serve you on the following schedule: Tuesday 10 AM–12 PM, Thursday 1PM-3PM and Saturday 10AM-12PM.

Food Pantry open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00am-12:00pm. Please call for an appointment and emergencies.

Food pantry provided the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month from 3-4. October and December distributions will be 10/16/24, 10/30/24, 12/18/24.
