Pinellas Safe Harbor is a homeless shelter designed to be a safe haven for those currently homeless and who require services to get back on their feet. The goal is to keep them out of jail and the criminal justice system. By addressing their needs, Safe Harbor strives to help the homeless regain their lives and be self sufficient once more.
