Covenant House Florida provides a safe haven 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for runaway and homeless teens under 21. They also serve teen parents and their babies. Youth show up at the shelter’s doorstep sometimes with only the clothes on their back. They may be bruised and hurt emotionally and/or physically.
Covenant House’s caring staff provides their guests with nourishing meals, clean clothes and a safe place to sleep. Guests are offered a list of services – from health care and counseling to education and job readiness assistance. This helps them either to become reunited with their families or have the skills necessary to live independently.

Covenant House Florida reaches hundreds of kids via street outreach, crisis shelters, transitional housing projects, and aftercare. This is one of the largest private agencies serving runaway and homeless youth in the state of Florida. Services are available 24/7. Teens can get safe shelter and meals. They can get health services and counseling. Someone is always here to help.
Each day, they provide safe shelter, nutritious meals, and hygiene items to nearly 500 men, women, and children. Case managers help guests address their needs, establish goals, and return to stable, permanent housing as quickly as possible. They help build an individualized housing plan, which may include applying for supportive housing programs, entering the Coalition's Rapid ReHousing or Bridge Housing programs, or working with local landlords to secure a room or apartment rental.

The Center for Women and Families is a 240-bed shelter at the Coalition’s main campus. They serve single women, single women with children, single men with children, and intact families.
All who live in the Center are case managed. Case managers work with each client to establish a budget, along with a detailed self-sufficiency plan. This provides a link to services available at the Coalition. This includes LifeStrides, an education program through Orange County Public Schools.
