The shelter also offers safety plans, 911 cell phones, and information about other services. Clients can get emergency food and clothes. They can volunteer and receive job training. This agency provides public bus service in Pasco County. Bus passes can be obtained at a discount. Children under 4 years of age can ride for free. The buses also have bike racks for those who would like to take their bikes with them.

If you use a commute option to work at least two days per week, you qualify for the Emergency Ride Home program. This program provides up to four free taxi rides home each year in case of personal illness, family emergency or unexpected overtime. There are also paratransit services for those who cannot use the regular bus.
