Suwannee Valley Community Coordinated Child Care - Early Head Start

Suwanee Valley Community Coordinated Child Care (or SV4Cs for short) has an Early Head Start program. Early Head Start helps pregnant women and children from birth to age 3. Services are available year-round. They help infants and toddlers with their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Take Stock in Children is administered by the Charlotte Local Education Foundation. The program is for low-income students in middle school. It provides scholarships and mentoring to young students. The Charlotte Local Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization. The group brings the community together. This is to invest in the advancement of student learning. And to invest in the advancement of teacher leading. Resources are made available to help students succeed. These resources are not funded by normal tax revenues. The Children’s Network of Southwest FL, LLC is a private, nonprofit organization. They are the lead agency that administers the child welfare system in five counties of Southwest Florida.
