Bread of the Mighty Food Bank partners with agencies and gives food to those in need within their communities. They also has 15 after-school snack sites in Alachua County. These after-school sites provide tutoring and help with homework. The Summer Lunch Program serves 34 sites in four counties. They also offers help to those applying for Food Stamps (SNAP).

Monthy meetings, advice about breastfreeding,nutrition, and parenting. All children are welcome. Books about breastfeeding, parenting, childbirth and nutrition in our library for loan.

Meetings held first Thursday of every month at 7PM.

We are here to help mothers to learn to breastfeed better. We offer support, information and education. We look to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother. Please call or visit the website for more info.

Brehon House is transitional housing in Tallahassee. Brehon House provides safe housing for homeless pregnant women and their infants. The women are can bring children three years or younger to live with them. These women and their children are provided a stable, nurturing, safe and loving environment.

This is a program for Seniors who are homebound and low income. TVW delivers food and personal items during the third week of the month.

Seniors who are in this program can also get pet food for their cats and dogs.
