Pathways to Care provides short-term recuperative care and support services for homeless adults.

The St. Luke’s Medical & Dental Clinic provides care to qualified residents of Lake, Marion, North Orange and North Seminole Counties. To qualify for service, patients must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Call for more information.

St. Thomas Aquinas Free Medical Clinic is a program of Catholic Charities of Central Florida. They provide free care to qualified residents of Osceola County. To qualify, patients must be at or below 200% for the Federal Poverty Level. Call for more information.

The Center for Building Hope gives free information, programs and services. They help cancer patients, caregivers and family members. They connect them with others who are going through the same or similar experience.

GRH has four centers that offer hospice care to patients 24 hours a day. They are designed to provide a home-like atmosphere and 24 hour nursing care. They are furnished like private homes and have room for visiting family members. Patients get regular visits from doctors, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. Visitors are allowed at any time.
