Learn To Fish provides quality treatment for drug addiction and alcoholism. It reaches out to indigent and uninsured women and girls. They believe that everyone should have the opportunity for treatment from addiction and alcoholism. They provide residential treatment, sober living, and outpatient services. They have outreach to Manatee County Jail female population.
This program is for persons who might not be able to make their own treatment decisions some time in the future. Advance Directive is a document that lets you name a friend or family member (Health Care Surrogate) to carry out your wishes. It can be prepared without a lawyer. It must be witnessed by two adults. This is a free program.
