This agency provides free screenings for parents who feel their child has behavioral or developmental delay. Their target age is from birth to 5 years. The goal is to diagnose children early so they may get the services they need before starting school.

This hospital has educational programs to the general public. There are topics on child health, safety and child advocacy.
