This program provides help for veterans.

Services include:

• Help filing claims for benefits and appeals
• Help with benefit plan applications for retired military survivors
• Help with getting military records/medals
• Lets citizens know about VA benefits available
• Referrals to other agencies

You must be a Veteran or dependent as defined under Title 38 US Code.

Out mission is to provide no-cost medical services and prescription medication to the uninsured and working poor of Charlotte County. Appointments are required. Walk-ins will be seen based on availability. Please call to make an appointment or for more information.

The VBA Clinic Pharmacy Hours:
Wednesdays - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The VBA Health Clinic Hours:
Monday through Friday - 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Satellite Pharmacy Hours:
Wednesday and Thursday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Preserve Vision Florida provides vision screenings for children and adults. Screenings are open to the public without an appointment. If further medical help is need, they assist individuals who cannot afford services through their partnership with physicians and optical retailers.
