This program helps Veterans with service connected disabilities. It helps them to prepare for and find suitable jobs. For Veterans who cannot immediately go to work due to their disability, they may get services to help them to live as independently as possible. This program is also known as the Chapter 31 Program. Veterans will meet with a counselor to consider a plan that meets their specific needs. They may receive training at a college, vocational or technical school. They will get help with job seeking skills. They can also receive counseling and medical referrals as needed.

Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment VetSuccess:

This program offers training and education in job-related activities. There are classes in basic computer keyboarding. Clients learn about resume writing, job search methods and vocational training. This program is useful for people who have recently lost their eyesight. People with a decline in vision can learn how to adapt at work.
