Medicare is a health insurance program. It is for people 65 or older. Certain people under the age of 65 may be eligible. They must meet certain eligibility requirements. EyeCare America’s Senior Program helps seniors aged 65 and older protect their vision. It connects them with local, volunteer eye doctors. They can get a free eye exam and follow-up care for up to one year. Follow-up care is for any condition found during the initial eye exam. Visit the website to learn more.

The Council has many services for seniors. This includes meal sites, health support, home delivered meals, homemaker services, and nutrition classes. There are also telephone reassurance, and transportation services. Caregivers can apply for respite care.
Seniors must be 60 years of age or older.
This Care Center provides end-of-life care. It focuses on the physical and social care of each patient, as well as the spiritual and emotional care. There are services for family members as well. The Care Center is there for those who can no longer live in their home. They have 16 beds and all the comfort of home, along with full hospice services.
