The HIV Cares Programs, run by WellCare Florida Council, offers the AIDS Drug Assistance Program. It is also known as ADAP. This program helps HIV-positive people stay healthy. Helps them by assisting with the purchase of HIV prescription medication. They also provide drug treatments for people who do not qualify or are awaiting eligibility for Medicaid.
