Medicare is a Health Insurance Program for people age 65 or older. Some disabled people under age 65 and people of all ages with End-Stage Renal Disease may also apply.

Services Include:
EyeCare America’s Senior Program helps seniors aged 65 and older protect their vision. It connects them with local, volunteer eye doctors. They can get a free eye exam and follow-up care for up to one year. Follow-up care is for any condition found during the initial eye exam. Visit the website to learn more.

This Care Center provides end-of-life care. It address the physical, social, spiritual and emotional care of each patient. There are services for family members as well. The Care Center is there for those who can no longer remain in their home. The 16-bed center provides all the comfort of home along with full hospice services. This health facility provides skilled nursing services 24 hours a day. Patients can get therapy in the fully-equipped rehab department. The Intermediate Care unit is there for those in need of less intensive nursing care. Please see the website for more information.
