Tri-Counties Care Center - Haven Hospice
This Care Center provides end-of-life care. It focuses on the physical and social care of each patient, as well as the spiritual and emotional care. There are services for family members as well. The Care Center is for those who can no longer live in their home. They have 16 beds with full hospice service and the comforts of home. Please call or visit the website for more information.
Victim Services (VINE) - Department of Corrections
This program helps victims of crimes committed by Florida inmates. Through the VINE program, victims can sign up for an automatic notification service. Anyone may call the toll-free number to get an inmate's current location and release date. You may also register to learn when an inmate is released, transferred, escapes or dies.
