Support Services - Center for Autism and Related Disabilities

CARD helps by sharing lists of resources. This list is personalized to the client’s area and insurance. Consultations can be done over the phone, over email, or video chat. They can also meet in the community or in your home. This group works with people of all ages. All services provided are short term. Supportive Services Tampa Bay - Volunteers of America

This program offers supportive services. The help is for homeless individuals and families. Those being helped have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. The program will help stabilize and prepare them for a life of independence. Program fees are based on income. There are requirements that must be met to participate in the program. Teen Residence - Brookwood

This is a group home for girls ages 13 to 18. They are placed here by DCF because of abuse or neglect at home. Some girls are also placed by their parents due to stressful family situations. The program focuses on helping the girls learn independent living skills, such as education, job skills, money management, and problem solving.
