Affordable Housing/Sabal Place - Metropolitan Ministries

This agency runs an affordable housing project. It is located in the Sulfur Springs area of Tampa. These townhomes are open to families who have graduated from the Uplift U program. They are also open to graduates of other transitional housing programs. Any homeless family that meets the income guidelines may also apply. All residents will be paired with family mentors to help them be self-sufficient.

Lucha is for those dealing with domestic violence and human trafficking. There is free legal help for immigrants. You can get healthcare and mental health counseling. The Spring helps victims of domestic violence rebuild their lives. The Spring’s services include safe shelter, case management and counseling. They have a 24-hour hotline. Clients can get referrals, legal help, emergency financial assistance, and safety planning.
