The Salvation Army provides the Adult Rehabilitation Center. It is a resident substance abuse rehabilitation program. Men come to the center for help when they are no longer able to cope with addiction.

The Victim Service Center serves people who have been survivors of crime. They provide therapists and support groups.

The Adult Literacy League provides tutoring and classes for those in need.

Services include:

• GED
• Math
• Computer skills
