CARD helps by sharing lists of resources. This list is personalized to the client’s area and insurance. Consultations can be done over the phone, over email, or video chat. Lighthouse Ministries provides The Gospel Rescue Mission. They provide shelter to homeless and at-risk men as overnight guests. The shelter opens 3:30 PM daily. The Adult Literacy League provides tutoring and classes for those in need.

Services include:

The Salvation Army provides the Women's and Children's Shelter. It is a 62 bed facility for women and their children experience homelessness. This facility provides a warm and safe environment for women and children in need of emergency shelter. Check in begins at 4:30 PM daily and continues until the facility is full. This agency runs several youth crisis shelters. They provide residential group care. The help is for youth between the ages of 10 and 17. These youth are runaways, homeless, or have been kicked or locked out by their parents or guardians. They may need short-term respite or crisis placement.
