This group offers a day program. The program is year-round. Teachers help middle and high school students with education. Counselors help with support, life skills training, and career preparation. They offer help at home, as well as at schools and within the local community. The services are tailored for each girl. This program is free. The Project90 program offers case management. It provides a community of care for customers. They help people reach self-sufficiency in 90 days. It also teaches them lifelong skills. This group offers refugee and resettlement services to those in need. They help refugees find resources to help them settle in their new home. The help can be from LSF or with another provider. SSVF is a program for very low-income veterans and their families. They provide case management and supportive services. This is to help to prevent the loss of a veteran’s home. They will work with you to help to find the situation that best fits your needs. SSVF also offers rapid rehousing services for clients who do not have shelter. SSVF does not provide emergency assistance for rent or utilities. All clients receive Project90 services as well. Please call 855.909.6757 to learn more.
