This program helps victims of crimes committed by Florida inmates. Through the VINE program, victims can sign up for an automatic notification service. Anyone may call the toll-free number to get an inmate's current location and release date. You may also register to learn when an inmate is released, transferred, escapes or dies. Any child from 2 1/2 to 18 years of age is eligible to have a wish granted. Anyone can refer a child to this agency. Those who have already received a wish are not eligible. Please see call or visit the website to learn more.
The Women's and Children's Shelter has 62 beds. They have a warm and safe environment. The services are for women and their children that are experiencing homelessness. Check in begins at 4:30 PM daily. This continues until the facility is full.
