The Family Life Center provides a range of services to victims of abuse.

Dawn Center - Emergency Shelter

The Shelter is open 24 hours a day and seven days a week for women and children that are victims of physical, mental or sexual abuse.

    Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) - Northeast Florida Community Action Agency

    LIHEAP is a program that helps low-income households who are low on funds or about to have their energy cut off. They will make payments directly to the utility company for you. You can call their automated line at any time to schedule appointments. Appointments can be made up to 14 days ahead of time. Please call or visit the website to learn more.

    St. Francis House - Food & Shelter
