Angel Flight Southeast looks to offer free air transportation. They assist people with medical or other needs. You must be able to sit up in an airplane seat for the duration of the flight. Flights must be scheduled at least 10 days in advance. You must have a medical release to be able to fly. Most trips are limited between 100 to 1,000 miles.
