The American Cancer Society may be able to provide transportation. Rides may be available to cancer patients to and from treatment. Medical air transport may also be available. Please call or visit website for more information.

Angel Flight Southeast looks to offer free air transportation. They assist people with medical or other needs. You must be able to sit up in an airplane seat for the duration of the flight. Flights must be scheduled at least 10 days in advance. You must have a medical release to be able to fly. Most trips are limited between 100 to 1,000 miles. The Flagler County Sheriff Victim Advocate program helps victims of sexual assault, physical or sexual abuse, or domestic violence.

They provide:

• 911 cell phones
• Assistance filing a protective injunction
• Crisis Counseling
• Referral services

Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, on-call 24/7.

Angel Flight Southeast provides free air transportation for children and adults by private plane to medical facilities. This is offered when commercial service is not available, or not affordable. Please call for more information.

This group offers the Road to Recovery program. It provides patients transportation to and from cancer related medical appointments. Transportation is for those who don’t have a ride. Charlotte County Transit provides transportation to local residents at a discounted cost. Fees per one-way-ride range can be as low as $1. A Transportation Disadvantage Program may be available.
