The FDOT runs the Safe Mobility for Life Program. One service they offer is called Find a Ride Florida. It offers seniors access to local medical and non-medical transportation options. This is to help make sure they can remain independent within their communities. Find a ride does not offer any services. The program just helps people find transportation providers in their area. Healthcare Network provides Family Care. This program focuses on adults 18 and older. They offer care for those from adulthood through retirement.

Services include:

• Routine health check-ups
• Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness (high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, etc.)
• Sick visits - cold, flu, sore throat, etc.
• Preventive care
• Immunizations
• STD screening
• Musculoskeletal diseases

This program provides transportation to local grocery stores and smalls for senior citizens. Any Coral Springs senior age 55 and older can join this service. They must be able to board bus without assistance and carry their own packages. The annual fee is $25. Please call for more information.

321 Transit is a curb-to-curb service by the Space Coast Area Transit. Reduced fare may be available to those who qualify.

Homeless clients can get transportation on a limited basis to jobs or medical appointments. Transit Authority (PSTA) buses stop near the shelter. PSTA route maps are available for shelter clients.
