Emergency Transportation - CAIR Flight

This agency provides air transport to those needing medical treatments in another city. There is never a charge for their services. Their list of missions includes helping people get to the Moffitt Cancer Center, Shriner's Hospital and more. Please be aware that this is not an air ambulance. CAIR cannot offer medical care while in flight. Please see the website for more information.

Columbia County Senior Services - LifeStyle Enrichment Center

This Senior center offers a hot lunch Monday through Friday. A dietician is on hand to answer any questions about diet and nutrition. They also provide home-delivered meals to seniors who are home bound. There are a number of daily activities at the Center. These include exercise, crafts, quilting, Bible Circle, acting and more. Orange Line Bus - Citrus County Transit

The Orange Line bus provides transportation to and from doctor's appointments, grocery stores and other places. It costs $1 a trip or $2 for unlimited trips per day. A $35 monthly pass is also available. Children under 12 ride free. The Transit Bus provides door to door service for those who cannot ride the regular bus. You must apply in order to receive a reduced rate. Please call for more information.

This group provides non-emergency transportation. The fares are based on length of the trip. Drivers do not carry change. Services are available 24/7. Reservations must be made at least three business days in advance. Please call or visit the website for more information.
