Transit Service -PCPT-Pasco

This agency provides public bus service in Pasco County. Bus passes can be obtained at a discount. Children under 4 years of age can ride for free. The buses also have bike racks for those who would like to take their bikes with them.

If you use a commute option to work at least two days per week, you qualify for the Emergency Ride Home program. This program provides up to four free taxi rides home each year in case of personal illness, family emergency or unexpected overtime. Call 1.800.998.7433 for more information.

There are also paratransit services for those who cannot use the regular bus.

Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged-Florida Department of Transportation

The (FDOT) has a group called the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. They help those who need to get good and affordable transportation. This service is available in all 67 counties. To use it, you need to meet certain requirements. For more information visit their website.

Flagler County - Public Transportation

Flagler County offers Public Transportation for elderly, disabled, and low-income residents. You must submit an application to be accepted. Rides are available Monday - Friday from 6am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm. Rides are not available on federal holidays. They offer rides to Volusia county on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are also rides to St. Johns county, Jacksonville, and Gainesville on Fridays. Please call or visit the website to learn more.

Youth Fare Program - LYNX

LYNX provides the Youth Fare Program. Children under the age of 6 may ride free when accompanied by an adult. If they are riding alone, they may ride for $1. Those who are between ages 7 to 9 can get a Youth Pass without a Youth ID. Those who are between ages 10 to 18 or still in high school must show Youth ID.

ACCESS LYNX

ACCESS LYNX is a shared ride program. It is a door-to-door transportation service. It helps people who can't use the normal fixed bus route. You can reserve a trip up to a week in advance. Please call or go to the website to learn more.

Transportation Service for Seniors - Meals on Wheels

This agency provides transportation to seniors. They can get rides to neighborhood dining and shopping (as available) to maintain healthy and active lives. Those over the age of 60 can sign up for Meals on Wheels. Please call the office to schedule at 407.333.8877. These services are available Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 2:30pm and on a first-come, first-served basis.
