HPH provides care and services to adults and children facing end-of-life issues and their family members. Services are given regardless of ability to pay. The agency offers numerous grief programs for persons of all ages for free.

Crescent Community Clinic

This clinic offers free health care to Hernando county adults ages 18 to 64. It is for those who do not have insurance and who meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
