    Crescent Community Clinic

    This clinic offers health care for adults ages 18-64 with limited incomes and no health insurance. Services are provided Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, from 8:00 am-1:00 pm. You must bring a photo ID, Social Security Card, and proof of income and residency to apply.

    They do not accept walk-ins. You must call 352.610.9916 to schedule in advance.
