Hubbard House works to accomplish three main objectives. The first is safety for victims and their children. The second is to empower victims. The third is social change through education and advocacy. Hubbard House is the only certified domestic violence center serving Duval and Baker counties.

Haven Hospice - Transitions Program

Haven Hospice provides Transitions Program. This program offers emotionally supportive calls, volunteer companions, and referrals to community resources for additional support. These services are offered at no charge.

This program offers:

  • Supportive phone calls to individuals and caregivers.
  • Volunteer assistance for those who can benefit from companion visits.
  • Information about and referrals to community resources.
  • Education to help with understanding care options and choices.
  • Advance care planning inclusive of advance directives.

Haven Hospice - Grief Support

Haven Hospice offers a wide range of grief counseling services for people of all ages. There are also chaplains available to give spiritual support.

Baker County Veterans Service Office - Veteran's Services - Education

You are just a few steps away from finding out if you are eligible to receive education benefits. All information can be completed online.

If you can't apply online, you can call 1.888.442.4551 to have a form mailed to you.

You may also receive an application form at the school or training establishment you wish to attend. The VA certifying official at the school should have the forms available. They can help you to fill them out and will submit them to VA.
