This group helps prevent homelessness and removes families from unsafe living conditions. They also help them reach stability. They offer a home-like shelter. This is for pregnant women with minor children. Please call 941.952.1800 or visit their website to learn more.

Families wishing to use their free services must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have minor children in your custody
  • May not be using drugs or alcohol - we do a drug screen
  • May not have felony records - we conduct background checks
  • May not have a severe mental health diagnosis
  • Must be able and willing to be employed full-time (adults in the family)
  • Should have some recent history (last 3 years) of some steady independent housing and employment
