Service Dogs for Patriots

The mission of Service Dogs for Patriots is to serve and support the veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) living in North Central Florida. We provide qualified dogs and service dog training to veterans. We aim at improving the quality of life for the veteran and their family.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program: Gainesville - Volunteers of America

This group offers temporary and supportive services. The help is for veterans and their families. It is for people with low or no income. The goal of the program is to promote housing stability. This agency offers an independent living program. The goal is to give those with disabilities the chance to be more independent. They will learn to be empowered and productive. They will learn independent living skills. They will be more able to fully integrate into their local communities. Please call for more information.
