NA is a nonprofit fellowship of people for whom drugs had become a major problem. They meet regularly to help each other stay clean. They are not interested in what or how much you used, but only in what you want to do about your problem. Please see the website for more information.
This group offers a program for blind teens and young adults. It is a transition program. The help available is for individuals between the ages of 14 and 24. The program is focused on job readiness. The Neighborhood Center has offices for counselors and case workers. The Teen Transitional Housing consists of a Girls' Apartment and a Boys' Apartment. The Compassion House is a living facility. It is for homeless women and women with children. They provide a total of 8 bedrooms. Washing machines and dryers are available. They accept women or women with children who don’t have a place to live, provided they meet qualifications.

Lighthouse Ministries provides The Gospel Rescue Mission. They provide shelter to homeless and at-risk men as overnight guests. The shelter opens 3:30 PM daily.
