The Women's and Children's Shelter has 62 beds. They have a warm and safe environment. The services are for women and their children that are experiencing homelessness. Check in begins at 4:30 PM daily. This continues until the facility is full.

LVCC offers a workplace literacy program. The program is for non-native speakers. It helps workers improve their communication skills. So that they can effectively carry out their role in the workplace. Please call or visit the website for more information.
This agency runs several youth crisis shelters. They provide residential group care. The help is for youth between the ages of 10 and 17. These youth are runaways, homeless, or have been kicked or locked out by their parents or guardians. They may need short-term respite or crisis placement. They may also need emergency shelter due to abuse or neglect. There is no cost to families.
