This program offers short term case management and homemaker services. They can also help with chore, respite and personal care services. Seniors can get an emergency alert response system. They can also get meals brought to their homes. Please call or visit the website to learn more.
This agency offers a clothes closet to those in need. They also have business attire for both men and women. Households are limited to one visit per month, with a two-bag limit. Community Connect is a Healthy Start program. It handles the prenatal and infant screening forms. It also handles the referral process. The program helps pregnant women, caregivers, and families.
