Hours are operation is every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. You must fill out an application and qualify first. Clients that qualify will receive a Green ID card valid for up to one year. Clients must re-qualify before the card’s expiration. Applicant must be a resident of Wildwood, Florida.
