This program provides Alzheimer's or dementia patients with a GPS tracking device. If the patient gets lost or wanders off, they can be tracked by law enforcement personnel. They can usually be found in an hour. AFS will supply these devices free of charge. They will cover the monthly maintenance fee if the family cannot afford it. This group offers the Project Return program. It enhances and supports the process of helping people experiencing mental illness. And helps them recover productive and fulfilling lives. This group operates Project Safe Place in Brevard County. It is part of a national program. The program offers immediate help to children and teens. The youth have runaway or are homeless. This is a substance abuse prevention program for youth 6-17. It provides family counseling, play therapy and skills training for children. Services are available to children who are at risk due to family or substance abuse issues.

The Project90 program offers case management. It provides a community of care for customers. They help people reach self-sufficiency in 90 days. It also teaches them lifelong skills.
