We are a Christ centered non-profit ministry. We strive to connect people to God by showing mercy, grace and compassion by providing spiritual food as well as physical food. Our doors are open to, but not limited to low-income, homeless and seniors in need of clothing, food and personal hygiene items.

Some services are Community Outreach Center's House of Prayer, GED Program, Recovery Program/Referrals, Meal Program, and Emergency Relief.

A Women's Pregnancy Center provides services for those facing possible unexpected pregnancy. The services are confidential.

Services include:

Achievement Academy - Birth to Three Program

Achievement Academy provides Birth to Three. This program offers early intervention services to children up to three years of age. All services are free.

Services include:

  • One-on-one early intervention services by a professional in the child’s home or natural environment throughout Polk County
  • Developmental evaluations through play
  • Goals and activities to enhance the child’s development
  • Parent support and guidance
  • Identifying and referring families to additional community services as needed
  • Books and developmental appropriate toys to enhance the child’s development
