Wheelchair Ramp / Accessibility Construction - CCC

We will construct wheelchair ramps or other accessibility features, for those with demonstrated medical and financial need.

Typical accessibility features we'll build:

  5. Bathroom grab bars

WIC - Gilchrist County

WIC is for low to moderate income women who are pregnant, have recently had a baby or are breastfeeding. It is also for infants and children up to age 5 who may be at nutritional risk. It doesn’t matter whether you’re working or not working. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. Women's Health Services - Duval County Health Department

Women should receive annual examinations for early detection. The health department offers regular tests such as mammograms and Pap tests. Women can also receive family planning services. Pregnant women can get prenatal care and counseling. The goal is to ensure delivery of a healthy baby. Insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. If you do not have insurance, care is provided on a sliding fee scale. Please call your health center and speak with a Human Service Counselor.
