This center offers rehab services for those recuperating from surgery or serious illness. They are also a nursing home. Please bring all medical insurance cards and be prepared to sign admission forms. Please see the website for more information.

Adult shots are available for a fee. Medicaid is accepted for eligible persons 19-20 years of age. Medicare will be accepted for Flu and Pneumonia. Immunizations are given on a walk-in basis only. See website for available shots.

We provide transportation for sickle cell related doctor and emergency room visits for clients who have no other means of transportation, since sickle cell clients are often unable to attend doctor’s appointments or get to the emergency room when painful episode occur or after heavy medications.
